Convoy S2+
Convoy is a still unknown flashlight brand that offers a great cost x benefit and amazingly offers different choices for LED temperatures in most of their flashlights, orderding from suppliers that are official retailers you often have the option to customize the LED brightness, color, temperature and body finish, while not as known (or expensive) as other good chinese brands such as Olight, Streamlight or Nitecore I highly recommend it for EDC purposes, Convoy does lack a presence in the more tatical department, opting for a more casual market for pocket lights.
The Convoy S2+ is probably one of their most "common" models, it's not too big that you can't carry it in your pocket, but it's not compact either, a single LED and the main reason I've purchased this to replace my Fenix UE35, the activation switch is on the back to make it easier to find it in the dark and always have the correct orientation in your hands once you pull it either from your pocket or drawer.
My S2+ came with two memory modes, once you switch it on, after 10 seconds the LED will blink, if you switch it off and on with a tap fast right after the blinking, it will alternate between 2 presets:
The first preset has 5 modes: Low (1%), Medium (20%), High (100%), Strobe and SOS.
The second preset has only modes: Low (1%), Medium (20%) and High (100%) - It's the one I usually set to
It uses a single 18650 battery, I've been using Sanyo 18650s taken out of a Notebook battery for years without any issues at all, battery life is pretty good, the longest usage I've had so far was when hiking during evening, it got a bit warm on the LED but nothing that I would worry about.
It's IPX8 rated waterproof, I've had it on my pocket when fell in a small stream while hiking and it's working perfectly, it fell from my nightstand quite a few times too and no damage to it. Ever since I've bought it has been my to-go EDC light since February 2019. I've paid $14.43USD with shipping from GearBest back then, I can say it has more than paid itself already.
